Governor Ademola Adeleke of Osun State has warned the 34 governors of the All Progressives Congress (APC) that he’s a bulldozer.

Speaking at a town hall meeting a few days before the Osun State governorship election, Adeleke reminded the APC governors that voting will be done by citizens of the state.

He said, “I am not worried that I am contesting against a party that has 34 Governors; I am a bulldozer. If they like, they should bring all their Governors; they are all my friends. They are not the ones to come and vote here; they can only support their party.”

The governor is currently seeking re-election on the platform of the Accord Party after dumping the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).

Expressing love for the PDP, Adeleke said he would have run as an independent candidate in the forthcoming election if such were allowed in Nigeria.

He shared on X, “I left the PDP to join Accord because of the crisis in the PDP then. I love PDP so much, and it was difficult to leave. I would have run as an independent candidate in this election if it were allowed in Nigeria.
