Osun State Governor, Ademola Adeleke, has visited the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike, in Abuja following his meeting with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

Adeleke’s visit to Wike comes amid heightened political activities and consultations following the recently concluded Osun State governorship election.
The governor was earlier at the Presidential Villa, Abuja, where he met with President Tinubu. The meeting formed part of his engagements in the nation’s capital.
After leaving the Villa, Adeleke proceeded to meet with Wike, further underscoring the series of political consultations taking place among key political actors.
Wike, a former governor of Rivers State and a prominent figure in Nigeria’s political landscape, has maintained relationships with political actors across party lines.
The meeting between the two politicians is expected to attract attention, particularly against the backdrop of recent political developments in Osun State and preparations ahead of the 2027 general elections.
Adeleke’s engagements in Abuja also come at a time when political realignments and consultations are intensifying across the country.
The purpose and details of the private meeting between Adeleke and Wike were not immediately disclosed.
However, the visit is likely to fuel further discussions about political relationships and possible alignments ahead of future elections.
The Osun governor has recently been at the centre of political developments following his victory in the state’s governorship election, while Wike remains an influential figure in national politics and the administration of President Tinubu.
