Arsenal came from behind to secure a 2-1 victory over Leeds United in their Premier League clash on Saturday, October 10, 2026, with Riccardo Calafiori and Bruno Guimarães scoring in the second half.

Leeds took the lead in the 55th minute through James Justin, who finished off a move created by Gabriel Gudmundsson to put the visitors ahead at the Emirates Stadium.
Arsenal responded seven minutes later when Calafiori volleyed home from close range following a cross from Noni Madueke and a header back into the penalty area by Ben White.
The equaliser lifted the home side, who continued to press for a second goal as manager Mikel Arteta made changes to strengthen the team’s attacking threat.
The substitutions proved decisive in the 70th minute when Guimarães put Arsenal ahead with a low finish from the edge of the penalty area after a move involving Bukayo Saka, Martin Ødegaard, and Declan Rice.
The goal completed Arsenal’s comeback, with Guimarães making an immediate impact after coming on as a substitute.
Both Calafiori and Guimarães have now scored their second goals for Arsenal since the start of the new season.
Arsenal pushed for a third goal in the closing stages, while Leeds searched for an equaliser. However, the hosts maintained their advantage until the final whistle to claim all three points.
The victory underlined Arsenal’s resilience after falling behind and highlighted the importance of Arteta’s second-half substitutions in turning the game around.
