A Lagos court has ordered the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) to produce social media personality and businessman, Kayode Olugbenga, popularly known as KC Luxury, before it.

The order followed an application concerning the continued detention of the businessman by the anti-drug agency.
The court directed the NDLEA to bring KC Luxury before it and explain the circumstances surrounding his detention.
The development comes amid ongoing legal proceedings involving the businessman and the NDLEA.
The court’s directive is expected to provide clarity on the legality of his continued detention and the allegations against him.
KC Luxury has previously attracted public attention through his activities on social media and business ventures.
The NDLEA is expected to comply with the court order as proceedings continue.
