Manchester United have reportedly been offered the opportunity to sign Crystal Palace striker Jean-Philippe Mateta as his representatives push for a late-window move away from Selhurst Park.

According to football transfer reporter Graeme Bailey, Mateta’s representatives are seeking an exit for the French forward before the transfer window closes.
United could consider making a move for the 28-year-old striker if one or two of their current forwards leave the club.
However, Crystal Palace are currently not interested in selling Mateta, meaning any potential deal could prove difficult to complete.
Mateta has established himself as one of Palace’s key attacking players, and his availability could attract interest from several clubs before the transfer window shuts.
